Financial Levers for Operational Effects (FLOE)

The FLOE course teaches students in units how to understand and apply financial levers (information, systems, Personnel and processes) To support and achieve organizational effects and end states – both offensively and defensively. Students learn, key concepts of preventing “friendly “financial efforts from negatively impacting operations (defense) As well as exploiting and understanding, adversarial financial efforts to raise store, move and use resources to achieve finish – agnostic effects (offense) Working within an agency and international framework.
